To help you make a reservation or plan your stay at our Westbourne Hyde Park hotel, we have put together the most commonly asked questions covering everything from check-in time to Wi-Fi and breakfast.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out is at 11am

Do you provide an early check-in?

The hotel doesn’t provide an early check-in as rooms cannot be guaranteed to be ready earlier than 3pm. However, we always try to do our best to accommodate guests from early flights if a room is available earlier. There is also a complimentary luggage storage if instead of waiting in our lobby, you prefer to wonder around in the nearby Hyde Park or in the area.

Do you provide a late check-out?
The hotel offers the following late check-out options (subject to availability, please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange it):
Late check out between 11am – 1pm ; a fee of £30
Late check-out between 1pm- 3pm ; a fee of £50
Late check-out between 3pm-6pm; a fee of £100
Late check out after 6pm, full charge accordingly to the tariff per night

Is it possible to store a luggage at the hotel?
The Westbourne Hyde Park hotel offers a luggage room available to all guests free of charge on the day of check-in or check-out (please note the luggage can’t be stored overnight).

What is the smoking policy of the hotel?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking inside is not allowed in the UK.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?

Baby cots are available at £20 per night.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas free of charge.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

A hotel offers high-spec mini kitchens in all rooms where guests can cook their own breakfast at their convenience (there is a wide range of supermarkets available at Paddington or Bayswater to purchase food and drinks). A light breakfast can also be purchased on our website at the time of the booking, which would be stocked in your room on arrival.

Are there any parking spaces around the hotel?

We recommend a secured parking near Queensway station called Q- Park Queensway (please link it to http://www.q-park.co.uk/parking/london/q-park-queensway ) located within a 10 minutes’ walk to the hotel.  There are also additional parking spaces available in the area which you can find via this link https://www.justpark.com/uk/parking/bayswater/
